BASE PRICING

  • Proprietary software is used to extract files from the computer or gadget.

  • Price is determined based on total size of transferred files:

    • Up to 4.0GB: $75

    • Above 4.0GB: $125 (plus $25 per each 1000GB exceeded)

ADVANCED RECOVERY SERVICES

  • Your files cannot be accessed due to corruption to the system in which they are contained.

    First raw data is extracted from the storage device, then working files are reconstructed.

  • Price is an additional $25, plus 10¢ per GB of total device capacity.

  • Recovery may be subject to additional fees under these conditions:

    • Failing drive (bad sectors, drive still functioning): $100

    • Crashed drive (no access or severely degraded): $200

    • PATA/IDE connector (ribbon cable): $45

    • BitLocker-enabled drive: $45

    • NVMe SSD: $25

  • RAID array or storage pool: cost of each failed drive plus cost of full array capacity
